Accessibility statement

SME Outsourcing Ltd wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Every page works on a phone, with text that can be resized and zoomed.
  • Pages can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text and background colours meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animations are switched off for people who have asked their device to reduce motion.
  • Forms have visible labels and plain-English error messages.

What may not be fully accessible

The course specification PDFs on our training page are produced by the awarding body, VTCT (Skillsfirst), and may not be fully accessible. If you need the information in another format, contact us and we will provide it.
