SME Outsourcing's hospitality training programme with Walsall Football Club ended with a job offer for every trainee.
SME Outsourcing is celebrating after every trainee on its hospitality programme with Walsall Football Club received a job offer.
Through a contract awarded by Learning Curve via the West Midlands Combined Authority, SME Outsourcing has already supported long-term unemployed adults aged over 19 into security roles across the West Midlands.
SME Outsourcing was founded in October 2012 by group CEO Amina Hussain. Before establishing the company, Amina worked at a Big Four firm as an accountant and insolvency specialist, and she brings 27 years of finance-sector experience. The firm has grown from its accountancy and insolvency roots into financial services, training and public-sector work.
Amina said: "This programme was created to provide genuine opportunities for people who may have previously struggled to find employment. I am incredibly proud that every trainee received a job offer. It demonstrates what can be achieved when employers and training providers work together to invest in people and create meaningful pathways into work."
Mahmudur Jaigirdar, head of training, said: "These are life changing opportunities for individuals who have previously struggled to secure employment.
